Candace + Tyler | Married

Candace and Tyler tied the knot!

I can't even begin to describe how much fun this wedding was! Shuttling back and forth from the makeup location to the hair location with the bride, hearing her excitement as she sings to songs on the radio to calm her nerves, and getting to know all her bridesmaids and family was a true privilege. That special moment when her father saw her for the first time as a bride and escorted her to the front door of the church where she and her soon-to-be-husband Tyler had their first touch moments prior to walking down the aisle where their closest and dearest to their hearts would witness their union.

A few of my favorite things from the heartfelt ceremony: they played the video of how Tyler asked her to marry him, there were tears of joy from both sides, and the unity heart was stunning and so different! As one of the bridesmaids said, "it was the perfect symbol of marriage: the man is strong yet simple and shields the marriage. The woman is intricate and beautiful and is at the center of the marriage."

After the ceremony, they were welcomed outside as husband and wife with a showering of fun bubbles that was shortly followed by a ride in the party bus with their wedding party to a nearby park where we did some really sweet and fun bridal party portraits (thank goodness the weather played nice!)

At the reception, they prayed, danced, ate, and drank til their hearts content and all of their guests were a crazy ball of fun! Candace even got to find out that one of her guests and close friend is actually a distant cousin of hers!
